Sashimi from this aunty’s shop is a real winner. Take out only! She closes at 7pm. Prices start from $150 for 15 slices, and you can request for bigger sets like $200 / $300. Every day she has a different selection of fish, which is some variation of swordfish, tuna, and salmon. Fish is fresh catch from nearby Taitung or Chenggong. In response to the reviews complaining the sashimi is frozen: yes that is true. However fish has to be flash frozen for it to be safe to consume as sashimi. So when you receive frozen fish, it is sometimes even better than fresh, never-frozen fish. Source: I’m a professional chef. What a fantastic find! Will be back!
