The fried tofu is the crispiest on the outside and the softest on the inside. The richest tofu I have ever tasted. Wasami’s tofu curd is also very special. I must eat it again when I come to Chishang.

Delicious hand made fresh tofu. Freshly fried crispy on the outside and delicately soft on in the inside. Goes very well with their sweet sauce. Parking spots are very constrained though, otherwise a must try if you're in the area.
