Donghe Township, Taitung County｜Ma Shang Donghe Beef Noodle Restaurant

Phenomenal. The noodles (and broth) are the stars of the show. The noodles are springy, chewy, slippery, with no floury taste. They are absolutely gorgeous. The broth is rich and well balanced, but not overpowering. The meat cut is fine. Best bowl I’ve had. Including some famous ones in Taipei. I got the small bowl. It’s big enough. But the noodles are sooooo incredible and perfectly cooked that you’ll want the large instead. I saw the lady assembling the bowl in the kitchen. Just like ramen! Was surprised. Seasoning and fat in the bowl. Broth in. Etc. Did not stink of Maggie or msg. This is a must try. Be careful: the chilli is hot!

I originally wanted to just search for parking and Google it, but the results were really amazing! The cattle you raise and the vegetables you grow... taste fresh and delicious! The side dishes are very delicious! The hot sauce is also very strong!
