Yuli Township, Hualien County｜緣念素食滷味

Amazing vegetarian food, really tasty. You can choose which vegetables you would like to have in your soup and she makes it possible. The soup was 100 NTD. Neat little place with great ambience. Classy piano music playing in the background and the lady (probably the owner) cooks very fast and is very friendly.

Google indicated that this restaurant was open for lunch, which turns out not to be the case. But the owner was there (consuming her lunch) and she graciously offered to cook for us anyway. She proceeded to prepare a delicious vegan meal using all fresh ingredients that she prepped on the spot. We will request for sure next time we're in the neighborhood during her regular business hours.
