Yuli Township, Hualien County｜赤科山林家園休閒農場

I enjoyed this place. It was off season and nice and cool in June. The boss lady was very kind and cooked an excellent breakfast.

A small place for snacks, tea, coffee, locally sourced produce and succulent plants. The best time to visit would be late August and early September when the hills are fully covered with beautiful Orange Daylilies. An early visit in the morning is recommended to avoid the crowds, traffic and afternoon showers in the mountains. Free parking us available.

Although it is not the flower season, the farm is still very beautiful even if there are no daylilies. It is refreshing to climb up the hill of the farm and look around the open farm. The boss and his family are very polite. They carefully introduced the exotic flowers they planted, and entertained us with their own agricultural products, leaving a very good impression. Will come again!
