Ruisui Township, Hualien County｜Pafe'lien 帕芙莉手作食堂

On a hot summer day, when the bus didn’t run or ran late, my plan to go to the ranch came to nothing, so I came to this restaurant to seek solace. I ordered the milk pot. The soup base tasted sweet, not as thick and greasy as I expected. I didn’t expect it to be so delicious. The sour sauce reacts with milk to create taste buds The proprietress patiently told me the precautions for eating hot pot. I watched the whole place by myself, and occasionally had to go into the kitchen to help. Fortunately, there were not many people that day, so I could enjoy it slowly. I have the impression that the boss lady’s smile and voice are very friendly. Black tea with honey? It tastes quite special. The set menu also includes ice cream and desserts. I originally wanted to order smoothie or toast, but I couldn’t hold it in my stomach. After the meal, it was raining outside, so I left Ruisui with satisfaction.

A nice and cozy place for dining. The lovely owner lady is very friendly and offers generous portions!! A great alternative to Chinese food. (And the beer selection is good too)
