Songshan District, Taipei City｜Wan Ke Premium Hotpot Bade Branch

This is by far one of my top 3 favorite hotpot spot. There are different varieties soup broth you can select from the menu. I have tried 3 different base broth and they are all tasty. What I have in the picture is rice wine chicken broth, strongly recommend.

This seems to be a very popular place, as I read about long waiting times. We came around 5pm (early dinner) and could avoid the crowds. Great selection of food with customisable options. You pick the soup base and meat which comes with some veggies. Additional food can be ordered. Great atmosphere and delicious food!

Came here without reservation on Christmas, the waiting time was roughly 1.5 hours😵 Although the waiting time was long, once we entered we were greeted warmly by their friendly crews. The ingredients and food offered here is really fresh and value for money. Order both rice wine with black chicken clams & beef slices and each pot uses one bottle of pure 19% alcohol level rice wine. By the end of the meal the stock became thick and sweet, perfect. On top of tat a nice passion fruit ice popsicle will be served as desert.
