For a North American, looks a little hole in the wall but super fresh seafood, great flavours on all dishes (not super heavy) and quite affordable. Approx NT$900 ($39 cad) for the small fish, clams, a fungus/mushroom type of fish, scoop however much rice you want AND a large bottle of beer. Seems like a place locals come to as well

Extremely fresh live seafood restaurant with a reasonable price. Self serve steam rice. Only local foodies know about this place. Food is so delicious that I don’t have time to take photo before my family finish the food
