The food is delicious~~~ Even the dried fish served to us are fried by ourselves, it’s not just a casual classic🤩 The boss prepares the meals very quickly, and every dish is not sloppy. Even the simple water dish is served with shredded enoki mushrooms and stir-fried with spices; it is not too salty but not too oily! Each piece of Jinsha Tofu is wrapped with salted egg, with a crispy outer texture and a not-so-soft texture. It is the most amazing dish I have eaten at a fast food restaurant recently~ I started eating before I could take any other photos🤣🤣
