East District, Hsinchu City｜帕比絲印度咖哩 - Bhabhis Indian Restaurant

This restaurant is unique; it was founded and is owned by a well-known a five-star hotel chef. Freeway 1 is easily accessible, and NTD $20 an hour will easily get you street parking. Fresh, fantastic, and awesome food is served with great survice. The manager speaks fluent Chinese, English, Oriya, and Hindi and make you feel home and welcomed right away. Even though I live in Taipei, this is my second visit to this restaurant. Please check out this restaurant if you happen to be in the area!

We had takeout: service was fast and very personalized. Prices are quite good for being Indian food. The taste was on point, spicy level as requested. The soup was not our type so unfortunately we didn’t have it. But the flavor and portion size completely met our expectations. Butter chicken was well seasoned, aloo gobi was very tasty. The rice was Taiwanese, not Indian rice but I understand (due to the price). I was told this restaurant is Taiwanese owned, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Good job here!! Will definitely go back !

We recently went to Bhabis Indian restaurant after we got to know that , now it's taken over by new owner who used to work as Professional Chef in a 5 star Hsinchu Hotel. We must say that our experience is indeed very good this time compared to our previous experience years ago. We tried Promfret Tandoori , Chicken Tikka Masala , Paneer curry , Butter Naan . Very delicious & authentic food and totally worth it. We would definitely recommend to all the foodies in Hsinchu.
