Ban Niang’s menu-less dishes are often very classic. There are usually desks available, so if you book in advance, the hostess will prepare a sumptuous meal. Especially the garlic goose feet are very popular, and friends from Tainan all order it.

There are no menu dishes, some magical things are particularly delicious, you have to tell the boss lady specifically, they are not available every day, beef noodles/risotto, cabbage stew, large intestine noodles, egg pancakes, braised side dishes, porridge series, gnocchi, etc. I’ll wait and replenish when I have the opportunity to eat other items in the future.
