It was lunch time in the Toyama Fishing Protection Zone, and I didn’t want to eat at the landscape coffee shop next to it. I Googled this small shop and there weren’t many reviews, but I decided to take the risk and eat it. I called and found out that the shop is in the Fishing Protection Zone. Diagonally opposite, just across the road. When I saw that the store looked very inconspicuous, I was a little scared, as I was afraid of stepping into the trap. I also told my husband that we can just order a little food, and if it doesn’t taste good, we can eat elsewhere. When I saw the menu, there were not many dishes. The lady boss said that I had ordered too much and the portions were relatively large. There were only two of us and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to finish it all. So we ordered a large bowl of braised pork rice with dried plums for two to share, cold bamboo shoot salad, fried eel, and fried fish offal. In the end, I still couldn't finish it. It's not that it's not delicious, but it's just too much. My favorite is fried fish offal. Fish offal is the internal organs of fish (heart, liver, stomach, intestines, etc.). It is fresh and has no fishy smell. I love it very much (my husband has bad teeth, so I almost ate it all by myself). ! The dining area and toilet are surprisingly clean, the table is not sticky at all, and there are no small insects. The proprietress is also very kind, making it a satisfying dining experience. My daughter asked me not to write this short essay, for fear that there would be too many customers and I would not be able to get a seat next time. However, my conscience drives me. A good store needs encouragement and support, so that the boss will have the motivation to continue working hard. But I would like to remind everyone that if you are in a hurry, you should consider it because the proprietress is the only one cooking!

The boss has his own fishing boat, and the seafood is very fresh. The boss lady’s skills are excellent and can be customized. Although the environment is an ordinary store, the taste is definitely not inferior to other restaurants. The people are very nice and hospitable, with a strong sense of humanity. Will go again next time. Peeled chili chicken soup, Kitodashi sashimi, fried eel, private Matsusaka pork...each one is worth tasting.
