Donghe Township, Taitung County｜都蘭.錦鸞越南美食Vietnam Food

I was recommended to try the food at this place at the hostel I was staying at. Was a little confused with the ordering system but one of the serving staff was able to assist me with it. Place was crowded during lunch hours with people entering and leaving. Their beef pho wasn't the typical flat rice noodles but the round kind. Soup was flavourful (they have ready squeezed lemon juice at the utensils corner if you'd like to add some like I do) and meat was soft and tender. I ordered their rice paper spring rolls as well, not expecting the serving to be so huge for the amount I paid for. Definitely worth the money for good food.

The boss is very kind~ The fried spring rolls come with plenty of lettuce, and the boss also carefully taught us how to dip the sauce for the best taste The fried rice noodles are sweet and salty, with a unique taste; the chicken curry is rich in ingredients, such as pumpkin and taro, which have not been eaten elsewhere~ (The store also sells sweet potato crisps and taro crisps that can be used as souvenirs. Taro crisps are delicious!)
