Chishang Township, Taitung County｜958窯烤pizza （招牌豆皮披薩）東區

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Taiwan. Fluffy QQ base with a nice bit of wood fired char on the bottom, plenty of cheese and generous toppings. I chose the 豆皮 (bean curd skin) pizza which was original and well executed. The pizza is only 9” but proved more than enough to fill one person up, especially as all the cheese is quite rich. The interior is a beautifully restored old building with lovely wooden tables. Highly recommend!

Was in the area for 2 days and stumbled on this pizza shop. They served the most delicious 豆皮 pizza. My boyfriend and I loved it so much. Thank you!
