South District, Tainan City｜A Ming Beef Noodle Restaurant

No doubt the best beef noodle I've had in Taiwan. Everything was so tasty, from the broth, the nice piece of beef without fat or cartilage, and the perfectly cooked noodle. I'll definitely come back if I'm back in Tainan!

<A-Ming Beef Noodles> is very famous in Tainan. When it was in Dot Department Store, it was crowded with people during the lunch time. Now it has been moved to Jianjian Road, and it is also crowded during meal time. I like their shop very much. The <Cold Cucumber> pickled powder is delicious, the beef in the beef noodle is Q soft ~ melts in the mouth, the soup is delicious, 👍👍 don't forget to come to the pilgrimage next time 😁😁

Very nice, dark broth with a strong and delicious flavour. Noodles are very good. The beef is in big chunks and they are very clean cuts, mostly just the lean beef. There is barely any cartilage or other chewy parts. It is very enjoyable. Maybe the soup was a little bit on the oily side, but with the noodles, it is not noticeable. The place is clean and it is not next to a busy road, so the atmosphere is relaxed. There was a young guy who spoke English so it was easy to order. I recommend this place!
