Xincheng Township, Hualien County｜漁場鍋物三代目

This is not your typical Taiwanese hot pot restaurant--the fresh and high quality ingredients it offers exceeded my expectations. The best part that I appreciated--the rice. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a unique dining experience, check them out!
