The eel noodle is really good. The eel is really fresh. Both the dry and thick soup type are good. And it's very cheap. The shop owner are very nice and humble. If you are at Tainan, it's a must try. Open from 5pm to 12am.

Super tasty local food. If you want to try something that you don't easily eat elsewhere, you've come to the right place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We are glad we found this place and enjoyed the eel noodles

Really delicious eel cooked in 3 different options. Very nice staff. Very patient with foreigner tourists. Remember that A-Jiang Eel Noodles is located in the number 89 of that street. First, we went by mistake to number 91 and there is no fish. They serve only meat (good meat, by the way).
