The store is located inside a market. It’s a decent noodle store with some simple but tasty options. I would recommend ordering soup and noodles separately. I tried dried-oiled noodles 乾油麵with a mix soup 綜合湯. There are pig liver, small intestines, and meat slices in the soup. The soup itself is simple but you can taste multiple layers of flavor. Love it !

Traditional ancient Hakka noodles, a delicacy known only to the locals. The onion is very fragrant, and it is accompanied by soy sauce and lard. The noodles and Hakka rice noodles are both good. Paired with a bowl of mixed soup, you will be satisfied with the copper plate delicacy.
