This time I had Houlong’s rice balls (with eggs) for NT$50 and egg pancakes for NT$30. It takes about three minutes to walk around Houlong Railway Station, located on Sanmin Road (a road that looks like a small alley) The rice balls are very big, probably twice as big as some rice balls! ! ! , and even felt as big as three or four rice balls. The rice in the restaurant is large and plump (it may be glutinous rice... Please correct me if I am wrong), it is relatively sticky and not easy to fall apart. There are meat (meat floss) and vegetarian (vegetarian floss) options, as well as preserved radish. What's more special is that the egg is not a normal poached egg, but a spring onion egg! ! ! (I bought it and took it to the mountain for lunch this morning. It’s delicious even if it’s cold)
