Nomad Day Cafe is probably one of the most popular brunch spots in this side of the lake. Possibly, the entire lake. Often crowded by tourists for its very good brunch selections. I got their smoked chicken croissant which was good, but would be even better if it was served with scrambled egg (you can order extra, by the way!) I wish my brunch had more salad in it though. They also offer open sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and a selection of drinks. I got the citron tea, which I would suggest you get hot instead of iced (it was pretty warm that day, so I opted for iced). The place is very cozy and I would've hung out here longer if we weren't on our way back to Taipei. A definite spot to check out whenever you're at Sun Moon Lake. A solid 4.5/5! :)

Easily one of the best food stops around Sun Moon Lake if you’re looking for a hearty brunch, sweet pastries, sandiwches, and coffee. I got their tuna melt with extra scrambled eggs and an iced americano and added an order of their cream cheese cinnamon roll.. Their tuna melt is served with fruits and veggies, but adding eggs makes it even more delish. Their cinnamon roll with cream cheese was good, but I wish they placed more cream cheese. It’s better to place a reservation. Since I didn’t have one, the staff graciously offered a table for an hour—something I really appreciated. The place also promotes different music and art events, so don’t forget to check that out. This cafe is worth your while :)

Hidden Gem!! Best brunch cafe at sun moon lake even though the place is small, the simple decoration makes you comfy.. and the taste is perfect!!
