This is incredibly delicious! It reminds me of the first time I had stir-fried rice noodles from a street vendor in Thailand. The sweet and sour flavors are very distinct, and you can taste the wok hei without it being greasy. From the first bite to the last, it's very satisfying and doesn't leave you feeling too heavy, unlike some other stir-fried noodles that can become too greasy towards the end. However, the noodles here are of the more moist variety, which I personally really like.
