Despite some company policies in regards with pizza delivery that I absolutely detest, for which I have contacted the corporate office to file a complaint and will not cease until a reasonable explanation is provided, this particular sales outlet per se is great. Every employee is polite , efficient and tries to be as accommodating as possible. I order from them practically once a week, spending NT$2000 a month for almost year. I hope Pizza Hut the company isn't stupid enough to lose a loyal customer like me. Although some unreasonable rules of Pizza Hut made me so angry that I called customer service and asked the employee for his name and code so that I could confirm next week that my dissatisfaction and suggestions were conveyed and I could get a convincing explanation. Otherwise, I would never do anything in my life. I no longer spend money on Pizza Hut (after all, after living in the United States for 30 years, I can no longer change the habit of putting principles first), but as far as the Wugu delivery shop is concerned, I have always been very satisfied. Regardless of the takeout, the employees are very Courteous, efficient service, and will try to meet customer requirements without violating company regulations. Actions speak louder than words. In the past year, I, who cannot cook, have ordered food at least once a week on average and spent nearly NT$2,000 per month, which fully proves the quality of the staff at Wugu delivery shop.

Service was good, and we got our pizza very quickly! Plus there was a buy 1 free 1 promotion going on, so we were more than pleased :)
