Very kind coupe who owns this location. She even offers me her spicier sauce for my heavy taste. Great Pho when the ice cream spot next door is full and you need a seat :-)

Good quality and low price, the owner and his wife are very kind. From Hualien City to Shoufeng, this is my favorite Vietnamese meal. The raw spring rolls and Vietnamese wonton are especially recommended.
