A really good rest stop, the restroom sinks provide warm water and food court offers various choices of cuisine along with take-out. There’s also a Family Mart inside, which is convenient. Along with the shops, there are some desks which offer charger plug ins. Overall a great rest stop, if you ever get tired driving on a road trip you should stop and take a rest here.

A very nice, spacious (and pretty new, I think?) service center with a nice food court area that has some usual stuff like a Family Mart, a Mos Burger, and some Taiwan style food court shops featuring noodle/rice dishes. There are also several specialty snack shops selling things like mochi, scallion pancakes (蔥油餅), chimney cakes, and more. One shop seemed to be selling vegan stuff. The bathroom area also has a specially marked "gender neutral" bathroom area next to the family bathroom section in between the usual male and female main bathroom areas.

Huge rest stop along the highway. Thank god because I was so tired from driving. Building is spacious and clean, and lots of food options (food court and FamilyMart yay!!) good to stock up snacks here too. Plenty of parking space.
