Simple, tasty, and clean is how I would describe this noodle shop. It really doesn't get any better than this. Great value, delicious food and a clean atmosphere to enjoy what they have to offer. Beef noodle soup is one of my favorites however, I think I may have met a new favorite as well. I ordered the tomato based beef noodle soup and it came with 5 pieces of decent sized meat (I fished them out after the picture lol). The soup was on the sweeter side, It had the sweet and slight acidic tomato taste mixed into the beef broth which tasted delicious! Personally I like thicker noodles whether it's more round or flat doesn't matter, just thicker in general for the chew. These noodles weren't bad though next time I'd ask them to cook them a bit more al dente. The unexpected part of my review was the other items you see in the picture, the pork rib noodle bowl! I didn't try the soup but I did have a few pieces of the pork and this is probably the only time I will say the pork edged out the beef in all aspects. The taste was more flavorful, the texture was even softer than the beef and the aroma coming off the meat was pungent. I do not regret getting the beef noodle but I will admit the pork is probably the winner between the two. I highly recommend this noodle shop. If you are in the area (it's a few shops past the MRT station) to stop by and try out either bowls of noodles. They are both truly delicious, well priced and they provide a nice clean space for you to enjoy your food.
