Yuchi Township, Nantou County｜KEN CAN by Ken Chan

We are staying in the hotel for 3 nights. One night they gave us an upgrade to this restaurant from the buffet. It was really great, quite, immaculate service and food. My wife cannot eat mushrooms or crustations. They changed the whole menu for her but I had the prepared menu as shown in the pictures. Amazing attention to presentation and details on every plate. Food was brilliant. So many flavours on every plate. The thicken soup, prawn and fish course's were standouts for me. My wife had a different menu which wasn't printed, her first course and pork ribs and fish were outstanding. Well done to all. I never eat in hotel "chef" restaurants as they have always disappointed in the past but this excelled. You do have to ask for the wine list, which is common in Taipei, recommend a sparkling wine. . 5 star food and service.

This is an amazing restaurant located inside the Fleur De Chine Hotel in Sun Moon Lake. The food is great and so is the view. Our group was big enough so we were given a private room. The service is amazing which compliments the food really well. I am sorry but I don't know what I ate as this was planned by friends and I did not bother to understand the menu. All I remembered was the lamb chops ... brilliant!! Anyways here the pic of everything we ate .. show the service staff if it helps. Bon appetit ✌️p

Great flavours to each dish. Not too greasy as I often find with Cantonese cuisine. The ingredients tasted fresh and the combination worked together. Thoroughly enjoyed Cantonese food served individually instead of on a massive plate.
