Sinsing District, Kaohsiung City｜麵屋高-美麗島店

One of the best bowls of ramen I've eaten in my LIFE! I dined here twice during my short trip to Kaohsiung. Generous serving of pork slices, with a good mix of fatty and lean meat. Loved the crunch from diced onions. Broth was rich but not too salty. All for a very reasonable price :)

[the shop is underground] Love tonkotsu ramen here. Thin noodle is very good. Rich soup but not salty. The sliced leeks and minced red onion add wonderful crispy texture and make the taste really refreshing. Recommend!

Very tasty, the portion is very decent and I didn’t taste any MSG at all, highly recommend
