Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City｜名家潮洲手工餛飩麵

As the name suggests, wonton (餛飩) is this shop's specialty. Wonton skin is thin, meat inside is generous and have a bit of salt and garlic flavor, tasty enough to be eaten without any condiments. The noodle is super simple and almost no toppings of meat, but the price is so cheap and portion is so big so it justifies it.
