Bade District, Taoyuan City｜無常拉麵

I haven’t been to Japan, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. But I’m from Toronto, Canada where we have decent ramen made by Japanese immigrants. And I have to say, 無常 is the best ramen I’ve ever had. No exaggeration. The broth is outstanding, and adding in the extra soury spicy paste they leave on the side of the bowl completely changes and enhances the dynamic flavour profile of the ramen. The meat is torched to perfection, and the ramen is the perfect levels of al dente. This place never disappoints. The opening/closing hours of this ramen stand leaves a very tiny window for people to have a chance to eat here. Come early. Expect to wait in line outside. Enjoy.

First time to this restaurant,the boss is very kind, the soup tastes very strong but I like it. Very many guests, have to get in line ,basically nothing to be picky about.
