I went to Bali to watch the fireworks during the New Year’s Eve. I checked the reviews on google map. I ordered fried fresh oyster rolls, fried mutton, Kung Pao chicken, fried spinach, oyster soup, seafood fried rice, beef fried rice, and plain rice. They were all delicious. Among them, the fried mutton and stir-fried spinach are delicious. The crispness of the green vegetables is preserved after quick frying. The stir-fried spinach has an aroma after eating.
