Hualien City, Hualien County｜慧萊素食

English menu available! Sparkling clean Taiwanese restaurant, which is hard to find in Taiwan. I ate here a few times while visiting Hualien on vacation. The different varieties of fried rice are all excellent, good for my little kids. My favorites were satay fried rice, cashew fried rice, the veg sides in the glass case were also good. The "risotto" is more of a rice casserole: sauteed veggies with a soupy sauce over rice, not bad. The ice tea which is free with a meal is amazing, the waitress told me it's coffee black tea, so special.

I come here very often. They have all kinds of delicious fried rice, and i really like eating all of them. By the way, their noodles are very good too!

Restaurant is comfortable and elegant as well, the dish is well prepared with creative and passion, it is not just "another" fried rice, very satisfied with the experience
