Simple place, 1-story for coffee shop, 2-story for accessory owner choice. Single-origin was suitable for me, water is good, with no any kind of flavor like tap water. accompany with simple roast toast with butter. That's a good combo when you feel some energy after work. Overall there is a good situation for talking, working, or inspiring.

The coffee and scones are both great👍🏽
