Sanyi Township, Miaoli County｜花時間茶語咖啡

Tucked in a lane just off a hill. It doesn’t look like much but it’s a nice place for coffee. The boss didn’t speak English but we managed just fine with the help of a local. Very friendly and welcome service. We picked our beans and the lady made us a filter coffee. There’s a lovely terrace outside.

Beautiful spot tucked away in the hills of Sanyi. Owners are warm and welcoming. English is spoken. Coffee is tasty too. Worth a visit !

We found this place by accident and very glad we did! The owner roasts his own beans and teaches classes on coffee. He has some local beans from Taiwan that we tried and he told us all about coffee in Taiwan and Asia. He did not speak English but my companions translated for me. The coffee tasted great and was a fraction of the price for a good cup of coffee in the city.
