Gongguan Township, Miaoli County｜油桐花坊

Never knew that there is such a wonderful resort nestled deep in Miaoli mountain. When our car pulled into the yard, I was struck by how beautiful the place was laid out. The property has an almost fairytale vibe to it, surrounded by towering trees and blossoming shrubs. There are a total of 6 rooms in the guesthouse. The largest one has a tatami section. Food was very nice, with wagyu steaks for dinner and fresh mango juice for breakfast. The blinds in the room were quite flimsy though. Recommend that you bring an eye mask or you'd wake up very early!!

OMG friendly people and very accommodating. Took care of our big family with no issue. Definitely on my favorite list to come back.
