Yuchi Township, Nantou County｜Ten Ren's Tea

Situated at Dellago hotel premises at Sun Moon Lake, this Tien Ren tea is undoubtedly the best in the country. Besides being located on the fringe of a world renowned lake, the service here is beyond words! The branch manager is sweet and courteous and friendly. She patiently explained the various teas to a tea-illiterate person like me and let me taste the different brews. Apparently different teapots also make the same tea taste different! My favourite is the exquisite Lishan Gold blend tea 梨山茶...delicate with a floral bouquet yet gives a pleasant nuance of flowers. Lady of the Moon 嫦娥 would love this blend!

Helpful service. When we were there there was someone working in front of the counter to help with your order if you don’t speak the language. Good tea. Recommended.

One of my favorite spot in sun moon lake to look out to the lake. Beautiful patio scenery. Must try one of the famous Sun moon lake black tea, Taiwan tea #18. Better yet, have them prep the traditional brew where you can slowly steep your tea with the lovely breeze out on the patio.
