As an Australian and a restaurant manager, I love my coffee! The cold drip was deliciously aromatic and it's acidity well balanced. The latte matched the coffee roast well against the milk - a slightly creamier, heavier flavour compared to what we have on Australia - resulting in a well rounded, easy drinking cup. The fitout does well to appropriate old shop units into cozy spaces allowing you to escape the busy main street.
