Lovely café in the neighborhood. Has a nice balcony facing the Niu Lan River (Cattle Pen River) located in the little old town, Guanxi, Xinzhu county. Also has a small exhibition for photos and pottery artworks. Visit a real Hokka village by tasting/ shopping delicious local cuisine in the traditional market, then take a walk along the riverside, relax with a nice cup of coffee in the Sunday afternoon.
