The barista personally removes the unqualified green beans, and then roasts the beans himself according to the dosage. The mastery of light roasting to dark roasting is in place; he concentrates on making cups of coffee with temperature and depth by hand. After smelling the aroma and tasting the flavor, the bean’s personality emerges in full. (It tastes so good that it’s often delivered back to Taipei) Desserts are handmade by the pastry chef in limited quantities every morning, fresh and delicious!
