Delayed review, I came here half a year ago with my wife and we were thinking about going again. The coffee here is some of the best. The light roasts here are very unique. They are some of the hardest to grind (broke one of my cheap grinders) which means they are very light roasted. Yet they are not underdeveloped, too acidic, or grassy. The boss says his beans are very easy to drip pour. It is true. I found it very easy to make a good cup of coffee. In fact, I think it is actually possible to use these beans twice... second time makes a light tea that is still delicious.
