Pinglin District, New Taipei City｜Xuan Zi Ju Tea House

This is a tea shop that does tea tastings. We went here with a guide who translated the owner’s explanation. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, the tea he brewed (Bhaozong Tea, Honey Black, and Alishan High Mountain Oolong) were incredible and each different and unique in their own way. Not only can you experience proper tea brewing in an open air shop, you can also purchase fresh teas and tea-making tools there. A little gem in Pinglin that I highly recommend.
