Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜DIDcoffee

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Hsinchu. It is required to make your reservation via the link on google map prior to your visit. The shop has two stories and plenty of seats for its guests. We ordered two light-medium roasted coffee and two desserts. The coffee was great, but the dessert was the main show. They were decorated and named in a four-seasons theme. The cakes were made in multiple layers and textures, making each bite full of surprises. However, the chairs were not user-friendly. I wish they have softer chairs for my poor back.

Great coffee shop~ Like the industrial loft style decoration.

Don’t need me to say no more, it’s the best coffee spot in Zhubei so far. I always opt for its ice latte(medium roast beans/中深焙)w/out ice. And not to mention their chocolate cakes are superb, reminded me the real good chocolate cakes I used to have back in the MO cake shop in HK. In fact, all their desserts I’ve tried so far have not disappoint.
