Spectacular coffee beans. Freshly brewed coffee. Chilled atmosphere in the beautiful city of Hualien. Lots of books (mostly in Chinese). A perfect place to spend the entire afternoon alone or with a family. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back again. No WiFi available is only drawback. You need to bring your 4G sim if you want to work here. The cell reception is fairly good.

Nice local roaster in town , good at single originals beans. Using the old school lever espresso machine, the S.O.E espresso are amazing. Also you can find some good classical music album here, but not for sale

Here is a true conniseur of coffee, with a wide selection of drinks to choose from. Take home a bag of freshly roasted beans. I guarantee you will be back for more.
