Hualien City, Hualien County｜藍色貓頭鷹民宿

This is a nice pet friendly hotel / B&B. The staff are warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is sufficient. The room rates are fair and there’s plenty of free parking. The water pressure in the shower is strong and the water is hot. The breakfast included is decent. This pet friendly hotel is a bit off the beating path and not in the downtown Hualien area but if you have a car or scooter, no problem. I’d stay here again on my next visit to the Hualien area.
