Toucheng Township, Yilan County｜MR.BROWN Cafe

Basically a cafe up in the mountain. Cannot see much view due to the long grass. Took 10mins to be seated and 20 mins after ordering food.

The cafe restaurant located in Shanshui has a great environment and various drinks. Highly recommend whiskey coffee

the drive up is a bit precarious, but it's a nice place that made it worthwhile. there are good views and lots of seating in an open space. the menu is reasonably big, and the food was good. we arrived at 17:50 on a Friday, and they were closing at 18:00. the servers were very polite and friendly, telling us we could order but the seating areas were closing. Overall, service was better than expected. next time I'm in the area, I'll better plan to sit a while and enjoy the experience.
