Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County｜Calmhere Caffè 無訂位

Accidentally walked pass by and founded a nice cozy cafe in beautiful Yilan! Selected good coffee with homemade desserts with the lovely and friendly owner, had good conversations with her and surely I will be back if visit Yilan next time! ❤️

First attraction was the machine. They used Slayer from Seattle and we went there and found out that they have many choices of pour overs including 90+ coffee producer from Ethiopia. Mrs. Hsu used 3 stages pour over techniques and used a Taiwan produced grinder which I have never seen. Almost non residue grinder produced round and flavorful grinds, very impressive. I will definitely come back when I come to Yilan again.

Very nice ambience. Friendly service. Good coffee as well.
