Ruifang District, New Taipei City｜217 Café

Great spot to shelter from the rain. We got here and it was a torrential downpour, but it passed in about 15 minutes. The waffles are the best thing here, though we ordered the combo pizza too and it was fine.

Cute little cafe serving tea and light eats. Friendly staff (cat included) and view from window is magnificent. Draw a picture and tape it in the wall.

Was honestly lured in by 花皮haha so decided to sit down and have a coffee. The cafe is pleasantly empty on a Friday, the coffee and the cake is delicious and the owner is really friendly. The receptionist is especially friendly! Likes to greet/meow at you at the door.
