top Louisa in Tainan, and there are plenty of nice Louisas in Tainan. There's just something about this one ...BIG front window, multiple types of seating. Sofas with middle table allows you to spread out.

Louisa is the place to go for a work place, good coffee, peace and quiet, electrical outlet, ....... it is easy clean ..... no dramas. Louisa is the retreat place for me in Tainan.
