Lovely café which near the train station. They provided lunch meals, coffee and handmade dessert. Cinnamon bun and sesame panna cotta were impressive! Flaky scallion pancake with Rendang curry was my favorite!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price and friendly staffs. Suitable for the last meal of your trip.

Stopped in Hualien for a late lunch on the way to Taitung, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the meal at Le Redici. Good lighting, cozy ambience, and a tasty and fresh lunch. Perfect portions for a light lunch; might want to round it out with dessert. We ordered the char siu rice meal and the beef rendang curry with rice.

Le Radici cafe is located on the ground level of WorldInn Hostel, conveniently nearby the train station. The lovely barista took great care in preparing my coffee which was delicious, as was the homemade cinnamon bun. The menu features a range of coffees, teas, baking and rice burgers, one of which is vegan. Definitely worth a visit for the delicious food, drinks and relaxed ambience.
