New sylish Cafe near the wet market! Minimum order per person is a drink or meal set. But the drinks are so cheap at 60NT up, basically takeout coffee price but Cafe experience. Make a reservation or expect around 30 minutes wait time. Highly recommend Rose latte 玫瑰花園拿鐵 and the chocolate cake 蘭姆酒葡萄巧克力蛋糕.

Good service. Good vibe. Great portion in reasonable price! Highly recommended and would love to visit again soon!
