The environment is spacious and comfortable, better than Luisa in Taipei. The store staff are also highly skilled, and the coffee is rich and the latte art is beautiful. The only flaw is that the customers in the store are talking loudly and noisily. I hope it is an accidental incident.

I,m a cafe freak. Living in a tiny 1 room, cafes are my kitchen , livingroom, study. This Louisa Cafe is number 1 with a bullet. Clean, cozy, quiet efficient, friendly, good lighting, plenty of outlets, good acoustics. Good portions are good size. Prices are just right. Set far enough from the road to reduce traffic noise there is ample parking. Clientele are local community members. I love this place and I think you will too. 🤩
